South Houston's boys basketball team rolled to the Bronze Division title in the Alvin Lions Holiday Classic. The Trojans lost both pool play games, falling to Friendswood 62-50 and Willowridge 69-55. Placed in the Bronze Bracket, South Houston defeated La Porte 57-54 and Spring Woods 74-68 to reach the championship game against Fort Bend Foster. the Trojans cruised to a 66-39 victory to raise their season record to 16-7, the school's best in two years.
